Customer Service Representative:

Engage with customers in person to introduce Verizon services and support daily sales efforts as a Customer Service Representative Explain product features, pricing, and service options to drive confident customer decisions and increase sales Build strong relationships with customers to support retention and long-term sales growth Assist with customer enrollments, account updates, and service questions Track interactions and maintain accurate records related to customer activity and sales performance Represent the brand professionally while contributing to overall sales success as a Customer Service Representative Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and results

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset in a sales environment Interest in building experience as a Customer Service Representative in sales and customer service Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales setting Self-motivated with a focus on achieving personal and team sales goals Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
