In this role, you will be responsible for handling in-person transactions, taking phone orders accurately, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and process orders efficiently at the register Answer incoming calls, take phone orders clearly and accurately Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments Ensure order accuracy and relay special instructions to the kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area Assist with packaging and preparing orders for pickup or delivery Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor customer concerns
