THE OPPORTUNITY
You will own the customer experience from the moment the phone rings. That means being the first voice a customer hears, understanding exactly what they need, building trust fast, and presenting solutions with confidence and clarity — every car, every time. This is a performance-based role. Your earnings are a direct reflection of your work ethic.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be the first voice customers hear — warm, confident, and genuinely interested in helping them. Your energy on that call sets the tone for everything that follows. Build instant trust from the first interaction. Customers should feel heard, understood, and in good hands before they even walk through the door. Listen first. Understand what brought the customer in before anything else — their concern is your priority. Present solutions clearly and confidently, without jargon. Customers should always understand exactly what's going on with their vehicle. Overcome objections with empathy — validate the customer, understand their position, and educate without pressure. Monitor your own performance and contribute to the overall health of the shop — you'll have visibility into key targets and a stake in the team's success.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We will train you on cars. We cannot train you to love people or to compete.
  • You are a natural salesperson — persuasive, persistent, and people-first
  • You have exceptional phone presence — warm, confident, and clear
  • You listen more than you talk, especially early in the conversation
  • You follow a system. Not sometimes. Every time. The process works because it's been proven.
  • You move with urgency — every minute without a presentation is a lost sale
  • You are coachable — you welcome feedback and want to keep getting better
  • You are competitive — you want your name at the top of the leaderboard
  • Automotive service experience is a plus.
Sales experience is a must.
