- Job Summary
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all in a very fast paced environment.
- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Provide product information and effectively promote sales
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate with customers via phone, email to resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and tracking
- Experience with Fishbowl inventory system are plus, but not required
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
- Experience in Cabinet industry is a plus, but not required
