USD Job Responsibility:
Serve as a frontline customer support agent focused on account and billing inquiries . Assist customers with questions regarding account setup, subscription charges, invoices, and payment methods. Resolve billing disputes, process refunds/adjustments, and guide customers through payment-related issues. Document customer issues accurately in the ticketing system and escalate complex billing cases when necessary. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely and professional resolution. .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with fluent both Chinese and English. Previous experience in customer service, call center, billing support, or account management is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
