Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems efficiently. Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and directing calls or messages appropriately. Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using office management software such as QuickBooks and other clerical tools. Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with bookkeeping or basic financial record keeping. Handle office supplies inventory, perform light clerical duties like typing and proofreading documents, and ensure smooth daily operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to support clients' needs while maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles; previous dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client populations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Outstanding phone etiquette combined with exceptional customer support skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors and callers.
