Customer Service Representative

```Duties```

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our system ```Experience```
• Previous experience in a customer service role required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service while handling incoming calls, scheduling HVAC service, and maintenance appointments. You will have the opportunity to communicate with customers from various backgrounds and assist them with their needs.
