Your role is to be the first hand extended to someone who might be nervous, in pain, or looking for a lifestyle change. You aren't selling a membership; you are helping a neighbor find a solution to their "why." You are the bridge between their initial curiosity and their first Reformer experience. Listen to a client's "why" (like recovering from an injury or gaining strength) and confidently present the membership options that actually help them. Identify at-risk clients who haven't been in lately. You'll reach out to encourage them and help them get back on track before they lose their momentum. Help us grow by identifying local businesses for partnerships and tracking which efforts are truly bringing value to the studio.
