• Position Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support daily financial operations, loan processing, and administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Process customer payments and handle cash drawer functions + Take and review loan applications and prepare loan documents + Maintain and organize loan files and records + Assist customers in person and over the phone + Follow up on past-due accounts and send notices + Perform daily deposits, system updates, and general administrative tasks + Support business development through customer outreach and referrals •Qualifications•+ Strong customer service and communication skills + Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions preferred + Proficient with computers and 10-key calculator + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment •Apply Today•If you are reliable, professional, and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply.
