Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience at Postal Annex, FEDEX or UPS store
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Notary Public license preferred
  • Help customers with packaging services, printing, and copying
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions.
  • Handle and lift packages up to 45 lbs.
  • Perform Fingeprinting
  • Customer service experience
  • Willing to work on Saturday's
  • Willing to open/close the store when needed
  • Willing to learn and be trained
  • Must be 18+
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy Responsibilities Process shipments, including packaging, labeling, and tracking Use of computers, copier machines, multiple printers and faxing machines.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Ring up sales transactions and handle cash payments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Lifting boxes. Stocking and inventory. Putting away mail. Taking passport photos. Notary service. Live scans. Problem-solving. Maintain a clean and organized store environment Standing and walking the store for extended periods of time. Other duties as assigned by the store owner or supervisor Skills Strong background in customer service or client services is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele. Proficient in office software applications and data entry tasks.
