Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide information about products and assist with order inquiries.
• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system.
• Act as a floater to support various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all transactions.
• Utilize numerical skills to calculate order details and verify information.
• Monitor schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
