Customer Service Professional - Luxury Garment Care Tripp's Fine Cleaners - Mount Pleasant, SC At Tripp's Fine Cleaners, we believe exceptional service never goes out of style. For nearly 60 years, Tripp's has been South Carolina's premier garment care company, serving discerning clients who expect the highest level of quality, professionalism, and personal attention. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our Mount Pleasant team. This is not a typical retail position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and understands the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a luxury customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet clients warmly and professionally Assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup Accurately enter orders and process transactions Answer phones and assist clients with questions and requests Help maintain an exceptionally clean, well organized, and highly professional store environment Communicate with our production team regarding special garment care instructions Build lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
Positive, friendly, and professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Excellent attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, boutique retail, or concierge experience is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Tripp's?
