This role starts on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, answer questions, and escalate concerns to the appropriate department Work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 10a-7pm What You'll Need Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Professional communication skills, a personable demeanor, and a strong team-player mindset Must be able to pass a drug and background test Reliable transportation and active driver's license required Why Join?
