Customer Service / Operations Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and logistics teams in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution while ensuring high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Experience with SAP is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, availability, and delivery Process and manage customer orders from entry through shipment using SAP Monitor order status and coordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements Communicate proactively with customers regarding order changes, delays, or delivery updates Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing data in SAP and related systems Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or complaints in a timely and professional manner Support sales representatives with order details, documentation, and customer follow-up Prepare and manage customer documentation, including order confirmations, invoices, and shipping paperwork Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred) 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
