Customer Service Representative 3

Description Position Summary This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order operations across a multi-state region while serving as a central point of coordination between sales, logistics, supply chain, procurement, finance, vendors, and customers. The position has evolved beyond transactional order entry into a critical operations role that ensures revenue flow, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy. The individual in this role exercises independent judgment to resolve complex operational and financial issues and directly contributes to business performance. Key Responsibilities Operations Management + Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from order entry through fulfillment and completion + Manage and resolve escalations related to order processing, delivery issues, and RMAs + Ensure timely and accurate order execution to support revenue realization Supply Chain Coordination + Maintain inventory accuracy across systems and distribution centers + Execute Goods Receipts (GRs) and ensure alignment between physical and system inventory + Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to resolve supply and delivery challenges Procurement & Vendor Management + Create and manage purchase orders in alignment with operational needs + Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance + Partner with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain performance standards Financial Accuracy & Compliance + Support invoice reconciliation and ensure accurate financial posting + Identify and resolve billing discrepancies to minimize financial risk + Partner with finance to ensure alignment between operations and financial records Cross-Functional Leadership + Serve as a primary escalation point across sales, logistics, finance, and customer teams + Coordinate activities across departments to ensure seamless operations + Drive communication and issue resolution in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment Requirements Qualifications + Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and procurement workflows + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) + Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes and resolve complex issues Skills & Competencies + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills + High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability + Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
