Job Description
Customer Service Representative We are seeking a full-time customer service representative. We seek a motivated individual to join our company as a customer service rep. The primary duties would be to contact our existing customers to introduce new products via phone calls and email. Additionally there will be a focus on onboarding new customers. We are also looking for someone who can handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, answering the phone and conversing with vendors and customers (taking orders and general customer service). We are a small company, so being a team player and ready to jump in wherever needed is vital. Candidate will need to have experience and proficiency in Excel and MS Office and be relatively computer savvy. Written and verbal communication skills are a must.
