Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our team That will report directly to the Director of Sales, In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to client satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively Manage customer data entry accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications Support client services by processing transactions such as handling and order entries and confirmations Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service continuity Experience Previous experience in a Plastics environments or customer support roles is highly preferred Proven ability in outbound calling and client engagement strategies Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required Experience in problem solving Join us as a Customer Service Professional and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.
