Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized, individual to assist our customers in our busy insurance agency. This is an In-Person position in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, technologically savy, and able to organize large amounts of information quickly, both in written and a digital format. This position comes with advancement capabilities which would provide additional responsibilities and additional pay. This position would help current and new customers with requests for policy changes, and with billing and claims questions. This position will also assist with incoming calls for routing to licensed agents and other agency experts. The candidate would also handle receiving payments, and general customer service activities as well as support for the local sales team. This position will allow a candidate to advance into a more advanced role with time and experience. We will train you to have a successful career!
