Parts and Service Advisor

Parts & Service Advisor We are looking for a dependable and organized Parts & Service Advisor to join our heavy equipment sales,service, and rental team. Authorized dealer for Kobelco, Bell, Hyundai, and Avant equipment, as well as Cummins, Deutz, Yanmar,and Isuzu engines.

Responsibilities:

Provide parts support to customers and service technicians Coordinate technician schedules and service appointments Provide customers with updates on service and repair progress Monitor and maintain parts inventory Assist with work orders and daily service department operations

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Computer and data entry experience Heavy equipment or service department experience preferred
