Customer Service Representative (CSR) Campbell County Bank Pollock Branch- Pollock, SD Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Campbell County Bank in Pollock, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will assist customers with daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries. Our CSRs receive hands-on training and development that prepares them for advancement into higher-level banking roles, including opening and maintaining consumer and business deposit accounts and performing more complex customer service activities. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a community banking environment. Essential Functions Provide world-class customer service to all customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Process daily retail banking transactions accurately and efficiently Educate customers on deposit products and banking services Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products and services Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Cash handling, customer service, sales, and/or banking experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person and over the phone) Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes Comfortable using multiple software applications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
