Job Description
Overview Premier Surfaces is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to help keep our showroom looking its best while providing excellent customer service to visitors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating organized, welcoming spaces and interacting with people in a professional environment. Responsibilities Reliable attendance and ability to independently open and close the showroom as scheduled Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom Organize, clean, and update displays Assist with inventory tracking of showroom samples Greet and assist walk-in customers Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member Assist customers with product information and showroom selections as needed Support the sales and office teams with miscellaneous tasks Skills/Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English speaking) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with customers Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move sample materials up to 30 lbs Previous customer service, retail, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay ($16-20/hour based on experience) Part-time schedule averaging 20-24 hours/week, including weekdays and weekends PTO and paid holidays Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the company Company events and team gatherings We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and appreciates the impact a well-maintained showroom can have on the customer experience.
