Job Description

We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as an AT&T Customer Representative, someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, build relationships, and drive sales growth. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will serve as the face of AT&T in a retail setting, welcoming customers and using your friendly, professional approach to understand their needs, inform them about AT&T's products and services, and support them in making the best decisions. In this role, the AT&T Customer Representative is responsible for customer service, relationship-building, and sales all while helping us deliver on AT&T's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities of the
AT&T Customer Representative:
Assist customers directly, actively listening to their needs and building genuine connections as an AT&T Customer Representative. Guide customers through AT&T's products and service portfolio including wireless, internet, TV, and device plans, helping them make informed decisions and identifying opportunities for sales. Work closely with other AT&T Customer Representatives and the broader sales team to meet and exceed store sales goals and customer retention targets. Stay current on AT&T's latest products, promotions, and plans to confidently present upgrades and new services tailored to customers. Collect feedback from customer interactions and share insights with leadership to help shape sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience. Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas, and take advantage of ongoing development opportunities. Qualifications for the
AT&T Customer Representative:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a professional yet approachable attitude. Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and a drive to support sales objectives. Reliable transportation
