Role Description Joy Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Advisor who is passionate about financial planning, working with people, and collaborative teamwork. This role focuses on growing new and existing client relationships while delivering holistic financial planning, investment management, and insurance solutions. Role Responsibilities Develop and manage new business and expand relationships with existing clients. Utilize our financial planning software to partner with our planning team and deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and risk protection solutions. Lead meetings, present personalized recommendations, and guide clients through onboarding and ongoing reviews. Deliver exceptional client service with timely communication and annual portfolio reviews. Collaborate on strategy, research, and practice development to support team goals. Maintain compliant and accurate client records in CRM; stay current with industry regulations. Elicit referrals from existing clients Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Able to work both independently and as a part of a team Qualifications 4-year degree in business or finance related field required 3+ years in financial services industry recommended

Securities Registered:

SIE, Series 6 and 63 are required, Series 7 is recommended or willingness to obtain within first 6 months of employment. Life & Health Insurance License required Experience prospecting, nurturing, and closing opportunities; ability to leverage referrals and networks. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven; proficient with CRM, Excel, and financial planning tools.
