Job Description

As a Guest Services Representative at Fairfield by Marriott Yankton, you will be the center of guest interaction. Your caring approach ensures guests feel welcomed throughout their stay. If you have a winning personality and enjoy engaging with others, come join our team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of service. Assist guests courteously, efficiently, and professionally at all times Accurately enter guest information into computer software system to make reservations, check in guests, post charges, and check out guests. Answer phones warmly and quickly Communicate effectively with guests and team members Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures Maintain clean and comfortable lobby areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Flexibility to work varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
