Job Description

Customer Care Specialist - A Day in the Life As a Customer Care Specialist at Lookout Pest Control, you play a critical role in delivering on our promise to be the easiest company to do business with. You are often the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for a positive and seamless experience. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll manage a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers with service questions, scheduling, account updates, and issue resolution. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and navigate our CRM system ensures every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally. Beyond the call, you are a key connector between our customers, field technicians, and sales team—helping drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork directly contribute to the success of the branch and the overall customer experience. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Assist customers with scheduling, service inquiries, account changes, and issue resolution Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and generate leads Accurately document all customer interactions and actions in CRM (PestPac) Collaborate with field teams and operations to resolve customer concerns quickly Make outbound calls for collections as needed Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in training sessions and team meetings Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required:
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Fluent in spoken and written English Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred
Preferred:
Pestpac 2 years call center experience Work Environment Indoor office setting Frequent computer use throughout the day High-volume phone-based customer interaction Key Competencies Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset Effective problem-solving abilities 8AM - 6PM
