Job Description

Job Summary Entry level position. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay is hourly . This is a career not a job. There is potential to become licensed if you have the desire and even become an Agent and own your own business if you have the drive. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. Contact past due accounts and provide assistance on billing questions. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle payments, monies and balancing office bank account. Ensure all client services are delivered with professionalism and care. Show up on time and be at work when you are supposed to be Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and computer based. Ability to Multitask, analyze problems and provide logical solutions. Competence in data entry with attention to detail. Proficient typing skills for efficient communication and record keeping. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
