The Account Executive role focuses on assisting inbound prospective clients and servicing existing clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for both servicing existing clients and engaging with inbound prospective clients who reach out for insurance solutions. You'll help guide new leads through the quoting and onboarding process, conduct coverage reviews, and identify opportunities to enhance client protection through additional policies. This position blends relationship management with consultative sales—ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving growth through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, guiding prospects through discovery, quoting, and policy placement. Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Provide top-tier service to existing clients, handling policy changes, renewals, and general account management with care and accuracy. Conduct annual coverage reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected as their needs evolve. Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across personal and commercial lines. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient workflow from quoting through servicing. Stay informed about carrier products and industry trends to provide expert guidance and proactive solutions. Contribute to agency growth goals through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty insurance license is required or ability to obtain one in the first 60 days of employment. Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Compensation:
Income will vary based on prior experience, production, etc. Year one income range is likely $45,000
