Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our HVAC team. In this vital role, you will serve as one of the points of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient dispatching of service and install calls. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to an environment where your analysis skills and technical knowledge will drive operational excellence. Duties Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, providing timely assistance to customers, technicians, and vendors. Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments and renew maintenance contracts. Dispatch technicians using CSR software. Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule service calls and installation appointments. Maintain detailed data entry records related to customer information, maintenance contracts, and job history to ensure accuracy. Update and maintain daily reports for technician performance Proven experience in dispatching or customer service within a service industry environment preferred. Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft OneDrive/Excel/Word, Google Sheets, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately; strong typing skills are essential. Experience within a heat and air company is a plus.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
