Job Description

EPITEC Now Hiring:
Client Support Associate (IT Support) Onsite - Cookeville, TN $29/hour Contract-to-Hire Opportunity-W2 We're hiring a hands-on IT Support professional to support enterprise users across corporate offices and distribution environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and managing IT equipment lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
Provide frontline technical support for enterprise systems and applications Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems (Windows 7+) Support A/V, conferencing, and onsite meeting technology Handle onboarding/offboarding (imaging new devices, access setup, equipment) Manage IT assets, scanners, and inventory Partner with operations teams and vendors for support and repairs
Required Experience:
5+ years of IT support experience Active Directory (access management & password resets) Windows desktop support & PC hardware troubleshooting Imaging and deploying new devices Support for desktops, peripherals, and scanners Microsoft Office / MS support
Technical Skills:
Basic networking (router troubleshooting, VPN support) Experience working with firewalls Cisco networking exposure ERP systems (nice to have) Salesforce experience (plus) ?

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities Team player with strong documentation and accountability
Schedule:
M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM
