Job Description

FUNCTION
: Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders, including order entry, scheduling, and expediting, while delivering timely and professional responses to customer inquiries related to product, pricing, and order status. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: •Accurately enter and manage customer orders, validating product application, pricing, and delivery feasibility. Proactively communicate order status, delays, and changes to ensure customers receive timely and accurate updates. Monitor open orders and promise dates daily; escalate and expedite as needed to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with Scheduling, Shipping, and Engineering teams to coordinate order changes and resolve issues. Document and resolve customer concerns, escalating to leadership when appropriate to ensure closure. Support pricing reviews, RMAs, and account maintenance requirements in alignment with company policies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
:
Required:
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Post-secondary coursework. Spanish language skills.
