Job Description

Customer Support Representative Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is the primary contact for our customers. They are responsible for answering inquiries, processing and auditing support cases, providing technical support, and resolving any other customer issues promptly. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actioning phones Processing and auditing support claims Providing Technical Support to Customers Handling customer issues Navigating complex support issues Maintaining well written records within HubSpot CRM Meeting customer satisfaction excellence Additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Sales Force or something similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work in multiple software environments simultaneously. Ability to problem solve Accurate measurement and mathematical capability Clear, professional communication (verbal and written) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent attendance Must consistently demonstrate our company's

High School/ GED 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience required Prior experience handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls preferred Experience in order entry, data entry, or CRM systems strongly desired Basic door, frame, and product knowledge is a plus Manufacturing or distribution industry background is a plus Technical support experience or familiarity with product-based troubleshooting preferred
