Summary of position:

As a Harley Davidson Service Writer, you will be a vital link between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience for motorcycle owners. Leveraging core skills in automotive diagnostics, customer service, and service writing, you will accurately document service needs, provide estimates, and coordinate repairs. Your premium skills in dealership experience and upselling will enable you to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. With relevant expertise in vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and auto estimating, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our service department. • Automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
• Experience in service writing and auto estimating
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales experience in the automotive industry
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to upsell services and products
• Knowledge of dealership operations and auto service management
• Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance techniques Motorcycle Endorsement preferred.
