Job Overview Are you passionate about creating organized, harmonious living spaces? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Organizer Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with a lead organizer to transform cluttered, chaotic environments into functional, beautiful homes. Your energy and enthusiasm will help empower individuals to regain control over their living spaces, boosting their confidence and well-being. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in organization, client engagement, and community support while making a tangible difference in people's lives. Duties Assist lead organizers in decluttering and organizing various areas of client homes, including kitchens, bedrooms, closets, and garages. Transfer product from the car into client homes, as well as carry donations to the car. Take away trash and donations at the end of your shift. Support clients through hands-on sorting, categorizing, and storage solutions to maximize space efficiency. Skills Stamina/strength to lift and carry 25 pounds or more. Attention to detail to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Positive, upbeat disposition Willingness to learn
