In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. Your energetic approach and positive attitude will help foster strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (preferred), and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email. Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately. Utilize computer skills to update customer records, process data entry tasks, and maintain accurate filing systems. Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document proofreading. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies. Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns with effective phone etiquette and organizational skills. Experience Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred. Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills in a English. (Spanish). Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace. Experience working at a front desk receptionist is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
