We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. If you have a passion for mechanics, sales, and delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department required.
- Knowledge of CDK preffered.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including brakes, transmissions, and diesel engines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
