Franchisee / Center Manager Position Summary The Visual Communications Specialist manages the complete sales and customer service process—from lead generation and consultation to project management and final product delivery. This role serves as the primary customer contact, helping clients identify needs, recommending visual communication solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. The Specialist also supports the center's Sales & Marketing Plan and collaborates with design, production, and management teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, E-commerce, and telephone customers. Engage confidently in professional conversations with customers and decision-makers. Consultatively sell visual communication solutions aligned with brand standards and customer needs. Identify sales opportunities using "drill down" and "share of wallet" strategies. Maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, canvassing, direct mail, and email outreach. Follow up on all new leads and marketing-generated inquiries. Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotes with consistent, timely follow-up. Develop an annual sales plan detailing goals and planned activities for the fiscal year. Project Management Manage projects from initial consultation through completion, ensuring all approval and communication checkpoints are met. Complete all required documentation including work orders, POS entries, credit approvals, pre-payments, artwork approvals, and delinquent account follow-ups. Provide customers with timely updates on order statuses and production schedules. Coordinate product delivery, shipping, and fulfillment. Maintain accurate WIP (Work in Progress) summaries and documentation. Marketing & Outreach Support local marketing efforts including database mailings, press releases, FASTMAIL campaigns, and targeted POS list outreach. Assist with execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan. Conduct market research, competitive shops, and customer satisfaction surveys. Participate in marketing activities such as open houses, outreach initiatives, and telemarketing programs. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Assist with administrative tasks—daily/weekly/monthly reports, invoicing, cash-out procedures, and general office duties. Provide weekly status updates for sales meetings, including activity tracking, closing ratios, and follow-ups. Assist with accounts receivable follow-up when needed. Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments. Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards. Practice the company mindset of "Everybody Sells" by identifying opportunities in every interaction. Additional Responsibilities Support community outreach and promotional events as needed. Assist with drafting and distributing marketing materials or internal communications. Perform other duties as assigned to support center goals and operations. Skills & Qualifications Strong phone etiquette with clear, professional communication. Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Calendar). Comfortable using Google Chrome and web-based POS systems. Professional, personable, and customer-service oriented. Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data entry. Competent in basic mathematics for quoting and accuracy. Friendly, personable, and able to build rapport quickly. Strong basic computer skills including typing, email management, and general software navigation. Working Conditions This role functions in a combination of office and light production environments. Regular interaction with customers, design staff, production teams, and management is required. Job Type:
