How they are received in that first interaction matters deeply. We empower clients through clear communication, legal excellence, and fierce advocacy, and that experience begins with the person who first answers the call. We are seeking a Client Intake & Conversion Specialist who brings both high-level client service and proven sales ability. Someone who can build trust quickly, communicate value with confidence, and help potential clients make the decision to retain our firm. This is not simply an intake position. This is a role for someone who understands that every inquiry is an opportunity: to serve well, to guide wisely, and to convert potential clients into engaged clients through skill, professionalism, and follow through. Why This Role Matters You will serve as the first point of connection for prospective clients and play a direct role in the firm's growth by managing the intake process with both empathy and performance discipline.
Success in this role means:
Building immediate trust with callers who may be overwhelmed, emotional, or uncertain Clearly communicating the value of our representation Moving qualified prospects confidently through the intake process Tracking outcomes and improving conversion performance Owning key intake metrics that directly impact firm revenue and client growth What You Will Own Client Conversion & Sales Performance Answer incoming calls, online inquiries, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Guide potential clients through the intake conversation in a way that builds trust and increases retention Clearly explain firm services, consultation process, and next steps Help convert qualified leads into paying clients through strong communication and follow-up Maintain responsibility for conversion outcomes, including consultation to client engagement rates Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet retained the firm Intake Metrics & Pipeline Management Track and manage key intake metrics, including: Lead source Consultation bookings Retained clients Conversion percentages Follow up completion Identify trends and opportunities to improve intake performance Maintain accurate records in CRM and intake systems Ensure every lead is documented and moved efficiently through the pipeline Client Onboarding Excellence Gather detailed client information accurately and efficiently Conduct conflict checks Coordinate onboarding documents and next steps Ensure every new client feels confident and cared for from the moment they hire the firm Premium Client Experience Serve as a calm, capable first point of contact for individuals under stress Anticipate needs and communicate proactively Maintain discretion and professionalism with highly sensitive matters You Are a
Strong Fit If You:
Have required sales experience , especially in consultative sales, intake, client conversion, or relationship based service roles Know how to move conversations from inquiry to commitment without pressure Understand how to track numbers and improve performance through data Are motivated by measurable outcomes and take pride in conversion success Can balance empathy with confidence in emotionally charged conversations Thrive in a fast-moving, high accountability environment Are highly organized and detail driven Qualifications Sales experience required (client conversion, consultative sales, intake, or similar role) Experience in legal intake, law firm client service, or professional services preferred Strong ability to track metrics and manage lead pipelines Proficiency with Microsoft 365 CRM or Clio experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
