This is a fully onsite position based in Nashville, TN.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role serves as the front-facing representative of the organization while providing critical customer service support across multiple departments. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in managing communications and supporting billing functions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests, answering calls, and directing inquiries professionally Support client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality service Assist with basic billing tasks Compile and audit reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a customer service or client facing role Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach Experience in the print & mailing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
