Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Customer Service Representative to support our operations and sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, construction, or distribution environments who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding fencing products, orders, and services Process orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, and customer follow-up Troubleshoot and resolve product or delivery issues Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in ERP systems Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments Develop working knowledge of fencing products, materials, and inventory
Qualifications Required:
