Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing tasks. Retail math enhances understanding of daily store functions. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are vital for success. Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, making change, and performing simple calculations accurately.
