Clinic Services Representative/Medical Scheduler Springfield, TN | On-Site | Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clinic Services Representative to support daily operations in an on-site employer health clinic. This role is key to ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate patient information, and a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage appointments using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and handle multi-line phones Maintain accurate patient records and support intake in compliance with HIPAA Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow, referrals, and follow-ups Perform general administrative tasks and support overall clinic operations Qualifications 3+ years of medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience preferred Clinic, primary care, or urgent care experience preferred eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Detail-oriented and dependable Team player with a positive attitude Why Join Our Team No nights, no weekends, no on-call Stable, team-oriented clinic environment Strong focus on work-life balance Family-style approach to patient care
