JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Medical Supply; new and existing patients; and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment information; also receives and coordinates all referrals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High School or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 1 years Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Compose letters/memoranda. Input data into computer programs. Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook. Strong computer skills. Strong customer service skills. Research Information. Bilingual On call schedule may be required.
