Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support our Call Center operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, providing accurate information and assistance related to homeowners' association (HOA) accounts, governing documents, and community services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to high-volume inbound calls from homeowners, board members, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding HOA accounts, assessments, balances, violations, architectural requests, and community policies. Assist homeowners with account inquiries including payments, statements, and billing questions. Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within the company's management system. Route and escalate calls or requests to appropriate departments including Community Managers, Compliance, Accounting, and Resale as needed. Follow established procedures for handling complaints, disputes, and sensitive homeowner concerns. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance standards. Meet or exceed established performance metrics including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
