Customer Service & Sales Nine Tail Smoke Shop Alamo, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $9 - $10 an hour 5 days ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Summary We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our growing team at Nine tails Smoke . This is more than just a regular smoke shop position. We take pride in providing a clean, modern, and high end customer experience at all of our locations. We're looking for team members who enjoy talking to people, have strong customer service skills, and are comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable helping customers find products that best fit their needs. Sales experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to work are just as important.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service Recommending products and helping drive sales Operating the register and handling transactions Maintaining store cleanliness and organization Restocking inventory and helping keep displays organized Assisting with opening and closing duties Helping with social media content, videos, promotions, or customer engagement when needed Working as a team to maintain a positive and professional environment
Requirements:
Open availability preferred (weekdays, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts) Reliable transportation required Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable working at different store locations when needed Strong communication and people skills Retail or customer service experience preferred Comfortable being on camera or helping with social media is a plus Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
