Job Description
Description Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our dynamic team at Ron Carter CDJR as an Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Agent! We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our dealership as a BDC Agent. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our vehicles and services, helping to provide exceptional service and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with scheduling test drives, vehicle service appointments, and answering product-related questions. Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and services. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership or schedule service. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and promote future business opportunities.Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
