If you're friendly, hardworking, and great with people, we want to hear from you. You'll be the first person customers see when they walk in, and the voice they hear when they call — so a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help are a must. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers at the front counter Help customers find products, place orders, and complete transactions Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Assist with pulling merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the floor organized Handle returns and exchanges professionally Learn our product line and make knowledgeable recommendations Support team members across departments as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time well Quick learner who can pick up product knowledge Basic computer or point-of-sale experience Able to stand, lift, and be on your feet throughout the shift Bonus points if you have: A background in the western equine lifestyle Prior retail or customer service experience Knowledge of saddles, tack, or ranch equipment

Pay:
