Job Description

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Available Schedules:
Tuesday through Saturday, with three possible start times: 7:00 AM 8:00 AM 9:00
AM Key Responsibilities:
Generate reports, perform root‑cause analysis, and summarize data for continuous improvement efforts. Utilize multiple systems, including MS Office Suite, Crystal Reports, QlikView, OMS, Yard View, and PKMS . Research customer orders and respond to inquiries via professional email communication. Confirm delivery windows, communicate expectations, and follow up on delivery experiences. Answer and route incoming calls while providing excellent customer service. Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently. Support team development through cross‑training and knowledge sharing. Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant work area. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with distribution or logistics systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
