8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support Medicaid providers and clients by handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide support to Medicaid providers and clients Respond professionally and ensure a positive customer experience Document all interactions accurately in the system Assist with issue resolution and escalate when needed Meet performance and attendance expectations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience (high-volume environment) Bilingual in English & Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong multitasking and organizational skills
