About the Company Urban Park Services provides on-site urban support services focused on safe, organized, and efficient parking and vehicle flow throughout the city. Our operations team is supported by a responsive customer service function that assists clients, drivers, and field staff. Position Overview We are seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Agent to support our Austin operations. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists customers with parking-related questions, schedules services, and supports internal teams with accurate information and timely communication. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Provide information related to parking services, locations, and general operations Schedule appointments or service requests as needed Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when appropriate Coordinate with field staff and operations teams
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
