Job Description:
Contentizer is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Austin, TX team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking, and general support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Track shipments and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information Create and manage service tickets, ensuring all interactions are properly documented Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely solutions Assist with billing inquiries, documentation, and order verification as needed
Requirements:
